Bring on the new year!  The final week of December is under our belt, and we’re starting a new (and hopefully better) year.   When the numbers are totaled next week in the upcoming post “San Carlos Real Estate Report Card:  December ‘09″, you’ll see that December ‘09 easily surpassed December ‘08 making it the fourth consecutive month of year-over-year improvement.    The key to starting 2010 off with a strong push will be the infusion of new inventory, so keep a close eye on new listings over the upcoming weeks.
