San Carlos Inventory Analysis

San Carlos saw a pretty sizable drop in inventory this week as the total number of active listings fell by 11%.   This can be attributed in part to a few old listings that were pulled from the market this past week, but it was mostly due to sheer number of homes that went pending this week (see the Pending section below.)   No matter how you slice it, the result is the same — there are fewer homes to choose from now in San Carlos.

    looks like 643 Dartmouth went for only $28,000 below asking price, not $49,000.
