(The “San Carlos Week in Review” is a series comprised of an occasional podcast, and a summary of new listings and home sales in San Carlos for the prior week.  Between the two, you should get a great idea of what happened last week in San Carlos real estate.)

The rate of home sales in San Carlos isn’t exactly setting the world on fire.  There was only one home sale this past week, and we’re still well behind last year’s sales pace.   However, there are signs of encouragement as homes that are prepared well and priced right (like 2753 Bromley) are selling relatively quickly– 19 days is pretty fast in this market.
