San Carlos New Listing of the Week: 1933 Eucalyptus Ave.

Eucalyptus Avenue is easily one of the most recognized streets in all of San Carlos.    Around this time of year, Eucalyptus becomes the destination of choice for Halloween and Christmas revelers.  If you’ve seen it, you’ll know what I’m talking about.   But regardless of whether the holiday traditions are a positive or negative for potential buyers, Eucalyptus remains one of the most sought-after streets in San Carlos.   The fact that it’s a great, tightly knit neighborhood in an ideal location certainly doesn’t hurt either.  There are a number of remodel projects that are in progress on that I discussed in a previous post:  Christmas Tree Lane is Getting a Face-Lift.

So when a home goes on the market on this street, it’s usually big news — and this is no exception.   It’s a really nice 2-story 4+bedroom home that will hit the MLS in the next day or so, and I’ll post the listing information as soon as it’s available.  But trust me, you’ll want to see it at this weekend’s open house, because my guess is that it will go quickly.

Update — it’s on the market, and here’s the listing info:  1933 Eucalyptus Ave:

This home is being offered by John Shroyer of RE/MAX Today.   Be sure to check it out!
