    Hi Chuck;

    Check out the price here on 10 Alderlee…I wish it would have been $1,050,000 but it actually was $2,495,000. FYI

  2. anonymous says:

    The Alderlee Way listing is incorrect. According to the link, it sold for $2,385,000. Did you mean to include a different house?

  3. chuck says:

    Hi guys,

    I could say that was a test to see if you were reading the figures, but it was really more of a test on the “cut & paste” operation on my laptop. And I failed! That incorrect data was actually copied from the listing at 1010 Sunset — I just forgot to update it with the right numbers.

    Thanks for catching that for me :)

    Chuck
