San Carlos “New Listing of the Week” — 1148 Elm Street.

Check out that kitchen.  If you like nice kitchens, you’ll love this one. It’s one of many nice aspects of 1148 Elm Street, which is a completely remodeled White Oaks home that is now on the market for $1,399,888. It’s offered by Steve Eldridge of RE/MAX Today.

1148 Elm is in the northernmost part of White Oaks, just south of Brittan Ave.  It’s a great central location that’s fairly close to downtown San Carlos (and all those great restaurants) and walking distance to Burton Park.   This home features 4 bedrooms/3 baths in 2,390 square feet of space, which is a relatively large home for the modest 4,800 square foot lot.  But they did a nice job of preserving enough space in the back for a nice yard.

Keep your eye on this one.  I believe that this home is going to sell pretty fast — at $586/sq foot,  it’s aggressively priced, which will definitely get the attention of the serious San Carlos buyer.    It’s a smart pricing strategy.

I’ll post the final sales price when it closes escrow…
