As hard as it may seem to believe, there are still homes that are selling with multiple offers — and I mean MULTIPLE offers — especially in White Oaks and Howard Park, where homes in the $850k – 1.2M range are hard to find and high in demand. 812 Cordilleras had 10 offers, the recent sale on Alameda had multiples and went into contract in less than a week, and the home on Arroyo was rumored to have as many as 8 offers.
